ROSO
Robotics Framework
ROSO focuses on developing a range of robotic construction technologies, including TACOarm, TACOvision, TACOmove, and TACObim.
TACOarm
Simplify Complex Robot Programming
TACOarm is an intuitive programming plugin that enables simulation and control of KUKA, ABB, UR, and HIWIN
industrial robots directly within Rhino and Grasshopper. In addition to the plugin version, TACOarm Pro
Standalone provides a fully independent software environment for flexible robotic applications.
The main features currently include:
- Single and multi-robot task programming
- Forward and inverse kinematics (FK/IK) solver and robot code generation
- External Axes
- Stream task execution
- Custom tool definitions
- Custom speed settings
- Custom robot commands
- Robot definitions
- Lots of options for tool-path TCPs
TACOarm Plugin for Rhino and Grasshopper
Built on a parametric modeling environment, it allows users to program and visualize robotic operations through parametric design workflows.
TACOarm Pro
Designed for real-time robotic interaction, TACO Pro extends the capabilities of the plugin into a fully standalone platform. It supports real-time robot control and seamless connection to external interfaces such as tablets or iPads, enabling intuitive operation and live parameter adjustment. The system also integrates 3D camera inputs for spatial sensing, calibration, and adaptive task execution. Furthermore, machine learning modules enhance robotic intelligence by enabling adaptive motion planning, pattern recognition, and performance optimization based on data feedback.
